Season: Mid-Winter

There are light snows here and there, but other than that, it's almost like it's not winter. Green plants are still hanging onto life, but have started dying back. More often than snow, is showers of rain...

The dove looked around the spring, searching the edge of the clearing with her orbs, making sure that she was alone. Her delicate daggers dipped into the clear crystal water, sending shivers up her spine. She gently engulfed herself in the warm water, closing her optics and sighing.

She hadn't been able to relax in a very long time it seemed and the water felt wonderful on her aching and tired limbs. She sighed again, this time deeper and more relaxed. She forgot about all worries and stood there, listening to the soft swaying of the trees and to the chatter of birds. She opened her orbs and softly wadded back to land. Her pelt was dripping wet. She looked around and a playfully smile crossed her maw.

She searched the grass and found a big patch with soft long green grass. She lay down and started rolling, drying her pelt and having fun at the same time. She stood, a big grin on her face. Luckily her pelt hadn't become dirty, but small pieces of grass was stuck here and there. She shook them off. She stood there. She then realized that a small tear had found itself into her eye. She blinked it away, knowing very well why it had appeared.

She felt utterly alone..

[Your my lead mare! Do you want to rolepay them meeting and falling in love... or do you want them to already be together and blah? 'Cause it's the beggining of the site, I don't care. ^-^]

xx. When all you got to keep is strong

Storm's rough blue roan coat, contrasted with the fading green grass. He sighed as he shivered slightly at the chill, so much to worry about with the oncoming weather, and how it was acting so strange. He padded over the hill and soon spotted a white horse, rolling in the grass. His lip raised slightly in amusement, but couldn't help thinking how much fun taht would be. He stopped where he was just watching for a moment, he lifted his maw and whiffed the air. The frost-bitten breeze brought a sweet scent, alerting him that it was Darkened Angel. His ears twitched and swiveled, trying to catch any noises. Hearing nothing, he decided she was alone.
Not for long... The thought drifted briefly through his head, and he wondered if he should interupt such inncenct play. No doubt, she might be embarrased if he found her like this.

After a moment's thought, he hesitated and decided to wait until she stopped, to spare her and himself awkward greeting. He watched her as she rose, her snowy pelt clean except for a few pieces of grass stuck here and there. He could tell the tips of her tail were slightly wet, and guessed that she had gone for a quick dip. Reveling himself, he padded out into the open and dipped his head in greeting, "Hello, Darkened Angel." He whinnied, not remebering if she preferred a shorter term for her name.

xx. Move along, move along like I know you do

[occ// We can say that they are already in love]

Darkened Angel drew in a short and fresh breath, exploring all the smells she could find. She smiled as she recognized Storm's scent among the others. She therefore knew he was there before she saw him, but she pretended not to notice. She turned around, acting surprised. She smiled as she saw him. He seemed to know when she needed him

The dove replied softly to his greeting.
Hello Storm.
Her voice was soft and gentle, as beautiful and clear as a birds song. Her orbs seemed to search his but she broke her spell by asking him,
What brings you here my Love?

xx. And even when your hope is gone

Storm took a few steps toward's her, his rough hooves landing softly in the wilting grass. For a moment, his troubles were washed away as he was caught up in her eyes. "Just wandering around..." He whinnied softly, his eyes dancing. "Looking for or you." He added after a moment's forethought. His dark tail whisked in the falling light. She was the thing that kept him living, after all that pain... He held back a wince, and pushed the troubling thoughts away. "Why do you wander so far?" He asked, not sure if he wanted to know the answer. His opticals searched her gaze, knowing there was discomfort there.

xx. Move along, move along just to make it through

[occ// could they have been avoiding each other because they had so much to do and therefore growing apart some...]

The fae watched him and said,
I..I needed to relax, I needed to take it easy...
She lowered her gaze to the ground and inspected her hooves, as though something was wrong with them. She closed her orbs, thinking of how to get out of the situation.

How is the food storage going along?
she asked, right of the top of her head. She desperately needed to change the subject. She wanted to tell him what was wrong but didn't have the heart to...She didn't want him to seem sad that they had grown apart. She was to afraid of loosing the stag that she loved so...
