Season: Mid-Winter
There are light snows here and there, but other than that, it's almost like it's not winter. Green plants are still hanging onto life, but have started dying back. More often than snow, is showers of rain...
Death's Kiss « Result #2 on Apr 22, 2008, 5:23pm »
For centuries, humans have been unaware of the existence of immortals. they have been long-forgotten outside of childrens' tales and myths.
But what if they were real?
In the center of the Noatak National Preserve in Alaska, there lies a small town known as Benaria. To the East of Benaria lies the Packlands—lands that belong to the Werewolves.
To the West of Benaria lay the six Vampire Covens; Dregala, Nuka, Kaluktavik, Narvakrak, Nakolic, and Maiyumerak.
Two of these covens—Nakolic and Maiyumerak—are 'Vegetarian,' meaning that they drink animal blood rather than human. These two Covens are beyond reach of Benaria.
Since the arrival of the first humans, the immortals have kept Benaria a secret; no one from the outside must find them, and no Benarian must know that the world outside Noatak exists.
What happens if they are exposed?
After centuries of careful secrecy, a newcomer has arrived in Benaria. A mortal—a blood-boy. He comes because of an immortal—a Vampire who loves him.
In only a few weeks, this outsider learns everything there is to know about the six Covens and the Pack.
Everything except one fact; the identity of the girl.
What happens if the heir to the Royal Coven falls in love with a mortal—and what happens if that mortal is blooded by the other side?
There was peace once, though by now it is but a distant memory in the minds of those old enough to remember. There was order and cohesion, and nothing to fear. The Keepers of Hesperides stayed within their walled Haven, and none disrupted their peace. There was always a rumor that an object of unspeakable power lay hidden within those great walls, but in time the rumor grew dull with age. But now a young stallion, maddened with greed, is gathering all the information he can about this mysterious object of celestial power. Flanked by the powerful drafts of the northern lands, he is murdering and taking prisoners left and right. There is only a handful of southern herds that stand against him, led by the mysterious Theseus. If they are vanquished, the Keepers will be on their own. Chaos and uncertainty abound. How much longer can the forces of reason hold off this madman?
The board is set, the pieces are in play. Whose side will you join?

Andromidia Exile « Result #6 on Jan 17, 2008, 5:19pm »
ANDROMIDIA EXILE THRIVE OR PARISH BY THE SEA
This is Andromidia, this is a world devoid of the concept of "Lights, Darks, Neutrals, King and Queens." But how that can be! Well let me tell you my friends for in a time before these things where the common everyday of the rp world there were "herds" those of you who are older know what i am speaking of i am sure and with that lets begin.
Peace has reigned in the Land come to be known as Andromidia Exile. Within it are four herds, only one is lead so far and by the arrogant and demeaning Son Kez. So much of the lands nicknamed Exile have yet to be filled that it is as if you walk alone. To live in Exile is to live for survival, to see the sun the next day and know that you will live on. AE is geared toward those who already know what they are doing and more or less want a friendly, easy and safe environment to let some stem off. To perhaps rp like we did in the old days. Free of complication and the burdens of internal politics.
While we only have a word minimum of 200 words we expect all our members to be literate, well mannered and polite. I do not ever want to see excessive spelling and grammar mistakes in posts. Use proper terms and please do not use adjectives such as 'stallion' and 'mare' its bad form and makes me very sad. It makes me sad beacuse i know that of you that are seriously interested in joining AE can do better than that. You should push yourself to be your best with in reason. Element of the Equine « Result #7 on Jan 5, 2008, 1:21pm »
Four nations. Four stones. One amazing power when the stones are united. Element of Equine is based on the four elements, air, water, fire and earth. These are the four alliances trying to protect and steal the other tribe's stones. The stones are the source of their bending power for the horses. The air nation stone has been broken, and now is completely dead!
Who broke the air nation's stone? Who will be the tribe to unite all four stones to get one major power that could wipe out the other nations and dominate the world?

Equinox? what is it? another stupid horse game? ugh!! sick of horse games
WOW!!! wait there sunny jim....
Equinox WILL be a horse sim game, but there is a twist up our sleeves...
When you join the game, you choose where you want to live around the globe, depending on where you live depends on what breed of horses you are allowed to buy, as different breeds come from different countries, there will be a big map, made from Nea our other admin.
For example, if you like in the UK and you want a Hanoverian, and Hanoverian's are only sold in the USA, somebody in the USA then has the chance of using the "trade" part of the game, where they can trade you the horse breed you want for something of yours, or they shall sell it. But in most cases, selling wont be cheap, as it's not like you can just come on and get every horse breed, you have to live in a certain place
Equinox will include many of the features horse games have, such as shows etc.. We are trying our best to make Equinox a lot different so it will attract members.

The Horses of Valyrn « Result #10 on Nov 13, 2007, 10:53pm »
http://www.valyrn.proboards77.com/
The Horses of Valyrn is a wild horse RPG that has some funky twists. ^^
There's no history to the realm, only that there were some spirits (including Jalorix & Selenia --- go explore Valyrn to learn who they are) that got really bored one day and decided to make a world of rainbow-ponies for their own entertainment.
Sound stupid? I swear it's not. Well, at least, it's not as stupid as some of those other rainbow-pony RPGs out there. Wait, there aren't any? This is the first you've seen? Oooh.
The thing with THV is that the horses are basically normal, except they can have really abstract markings in whatever color you (the creator) want. Want a chestnut mare with electric-blue flowers on her butt? You got it. Want a black stallion with fire-markings up his legs? Hell yeah!
But bonfire, how on earth is this interesting? Aha! You doubt my brilliance? My friends, read on.
The horses tend to ally themselves to others with the same color or pattern of markings. That means that you'll usually see a herd of horses with markings in hues of green (or some other color), or a herd with markings shaped like hearts (or some other pattern). Some are very proud of their markings, but some wish they had another color or pattern. Some herds are weird and accept everyone, no matter what color or pattern, but it's rare. Another rare thing is a horse with regular markings (like socks or a blaze --- regular markings you'd see on a regular horse). Even rarer is a horse with no markings at all! Tsk, tsk. What happens to these poor ponies? They form their own herds, of course. Usually against the Marked Ones, but sometimes you get that pathetic pony who wishes they had a marking.
Kind of like that story about the Sneetches by Dr. Seuss, huh?
In any case, the colors make the herds. Wanna play?
